Made-to-Order Philosophy

Every MetaHaus creation is handcrafted specifically for you.
Once your order is confirmed, production begins immediately according to your selected specifications, finish, and colour.
Because each piece is custom-made and individually produced, all sales are final after the initial 24-hour cancellation period.

Returns

MetaHaus does not accept returns or exchanges for made-to-order items once production has begun.
Please review your product details carefully before confirming your purchase.
If you believe your order has been made in error or does not match your confirmation, contact us within 24 hours of purchase so we can review the issue before production begins.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the following exceptional cases:

  • The product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The order cannot be fulfilled due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., material unavailability).

To request a refund, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at
📧 hello@metahaus.furniture, including your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue.

Our quality assurance team will review your claim.
If approved, a repair, replacement, or partial refund will be arranged depending on the case.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after confirmation.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

All MetaHaus creations are shipped fully insured.
If your order is damaged or lost during transit, MetaHaus will coordinate directly with the carrier to resolve the claim.
Please provide photo evidence of the packaging and product within 48 hours of receipt so we can begin the process immediately.

Colour, Finish & Material Variations

Our products are handcrafted and may include slight variations in colour, texture, or finish - these are natural results of artisanal production and not considered defects.
We encourage customers to review product descriptions, material details, and sample images prior to ordering.

Custom Orders

Custom commissions or special-finish pieces follow the same non-returnable policy once design and materials are approved.
Any adjustments or modifications must be requested and confirmed before production begins.
