Purchase Options

MetaHaus creations are produced exclusively on a made-to-order basis.
Once an order is placed, our artisans begin production according to your selected specifications, finish, and colour.
All purchases are processed through our secure checkout system, and you may choose between the following options at checkout:

  • Standard Production – Crafted and delivered within 35–50 days.

  • Priority Production – Expedited creation and delivery within 25–35 days.

As every piece is individually produced, all sales are considered final once confirmed.

Order Review & Confirmation

After checkout, you’ll receive an Order Confirmation Email summarizing your purchase details and estimated delivery window.
We recommend reviewing this carefully - if you notice any error or wish to request a modification, contact us within 24 hours of purchase at:

Beyond this 24-hour window, production begins and changes or cancellations can no longer be guaranteed.

Cancellations

Because each MetaHaus piece is custom-made to order, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase.
After that time, your order enters active production and becomes non-cancellable.
If production has not yet begun, we may consider cancellation on a case-by-case basis subject to material and handling fees.

Refunds & Returns

MetaHaus does not accept returns or refunds for change of preference once production has started.
However, if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will arrange repair, replacement, or partial refund depending on the case.
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos and details at hello@metahaus.furniture.

Approved refunds (for damaged or unfulfillable orders only) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of confirmation.

Custom Orders & Pre-Orders

Pre-order timelines are clearly stated at checkout and reconfirmed by email.
Custom design commissions or specialty finishes may require additional time; our team will update you on progress throughout the process.
Custom pieces follow the same cancellation and refund policy as standard orders.
