Fulfilment & Production
Each MetaHaus creation is handcrafted and made-to-order.
Once your order is confirmed, production begins immediately within our atelier network across the Orient, where artisans work meticulously to bring your design to life.
Production typically requires 3 to 4 weeks, followed by international delivery within 35–50 days, depending on destination.
Shipping Origin
All orders are shipped directly from our partner workshops in Asia through our global logistics network.
MetaHaus FZ-LLC is headquartered in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, serving as the main business and customer service entity.
Carriers & Delivery Process
We partner with trusted logistics providers including Aramex, DHL, and FedEx to ensure reliable worldwide delivery.
After checkout, your assigned carrier will be confirmed within 2–5 business days, once your shipment details and production schedule are validated.
At that time, you will receive a formal shipping confirmation including your carrier name, estimated delivery window, and tracking link.
Tracking may take 3–5 business days to activate while your order is processed and handed over to the carrier.
Customers may choose between:

Standard Shipping – Economy service with full tracking (35–50 days total)

Priority Production & Delivery – Expedited production and air-freight service (25–35 days total)
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and weight.
For multiple or oversized pieces, MetaHaus may contact you directly to confirm a consolidated or custom freight option.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to import duties or local taxes imposed by your country’s customs office.
These charges are not included in your checkout total and remain the responsibility of the buyer.
MetaHaus provides all export documentation to support smooth customs clearance.
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders are crafted exclusively for you.
Estimated delivery windows (35–50 days) are displayed at checkout and reconfirmed by email once production begins.
Shipping Delays
Each MetaHaus piece is handcrafted; minor variations or timeline shifts may occur.
If your order exceeds the estimated delivery window, our team will personally update you with the revised schedule or options.
Damaged Shipments
If your shipment arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours at

We’ll coordinate immediate assistance through our repair, replacement, or insurance-claim process.
